Super Lage, Wohnsituation für 4 Personen ausreichend
Die Wohnung ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand, 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Wohn/ Ess/ Küche. Kein W- LAN, Fernsehen nur Italienisch. Privater Parkplatz ist unter Pinien direkt vor dem Haus.
Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer ist unkompliziert. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden auf Nachfrage vorbereitet.
In direkter Nachbarschaft ist ein sehr guter Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere Touristen- Läden. Restaurants und Eisdielen gibt es ebenfalls reichlich.
In den Pfingstferien waren nur am Wochenende viele Leute da, v.a. Einheimische in ihrer Wochenendwohnung. Ein öffentlicher Strand ist in Laufweite (10 Minuten), da war immer genügend Platz.
In der Umgebung gibt es einiges per Tagesausflug zu entdecken.
Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen für Familie mit max. 2 Kindern. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Bellissima micro vacanza
Proprietario gentilissimo, appartamento completo di tutto e molto vicino al mare.Pulizia eccellente. Sito in una zona ricca di servizi ma contornata da verde quindi tranquilla.

zweckmässig, alles vorhanden was man braucht, mikrowelle wäre nicht schlecht
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, zum glück hat die heizung sehr gut funktioniert, wir hatten das ganze haus für uns allleine, um diese zeit (März) fährt dort keiner hin. So hatten wir auch den wunderbaren strand fast für uns alleine. Wir haben die ruhe genossen.
