Here you will occupy part of a beautiful semi-detached house with private garden in Rosignano Marittimo. The house is just 6 km from the sea, where you will find free or equipped beaches that offer wonderful places for sunset aperitifs in the evening. Along the sea there are many clubs, in the small port and on the promenade in the summer there are various events such as markets and festivals. From here ferries leave for the island of Elba and the other islands of the Tuscan archipelago.
