Very luminous studio at 60mt on sea level, with large patio & terrace. Stunning sea view, free wifi suitable for 2 or 3 guests.

The location (only 10mins from Roses downtown) makes the studio perfect to visit the most interesting place troughout the area.

The studio exposed to the south and located at 60mt on the sea level, is really well equipped and super confortable provided with large double bed 160x200cm and a 90x200cm sofa bed, wifi, air condition, heating, satellite flat TV 42" with laptot and usd connection facilities. The large kitchen is provided with induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso Dolcegusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine, Italian moka, electric barbecue, kettle, juicer and much more.

The large patio in front of the studio is perfect for breakfast, romantic dinner with Rosas gulf view or for a bbq. The upper sun terrace, equipped with a large table, chairs, and sun loungers, is fantastic for enjoying the sunsets and sunbathing in complete peace. Both terraces are private

The bathroom is provided with bathtub and shower.

Bed/table linens and towels are included.

Outdoor free parking space on the road next to the property.

Well equipped and maintained for a studio

Parking was available but not near enough to accommodation, first come first served, and alongside bins where unwanted furniture was left. Also it was under a steep hillside, subject to soil and rock fall in bad weather. The mattress protector, with rubber content made it hard to keep cool enough to sleep. Apart from those two grumbles, we found the accommodation very well supplied with beautiful crockery, very good cutlery (though we could have done with a garlic press..) And a constant supply of hot water. The property is very well maintained and the owner was available to answer any queries immediately, which we appreciated.

Clueless in Costa Brava

Nice little studio in good location compared to value of surrounding properties. Although we were coming from VRBO's in both Barcelona and Madrid, as North Americans we had problems with appliances. The induction stove top shut down on us, apparently due to overheating, but we only had 2 burners on medium--cooking a pot of pasta shouldn't be that difficult. There was a periodic, maddening "beep" from somewhere in the kitchen we never could locate (it eventually would stop). Host provided video instructions to re-light the hot water heater, but when it went out, that wasn't the problem (the gas was turned off elsewhere). Likewise video on how to use the washing machine was only for one of the units, the other was in Pan-Euro logo-speak and indecipherable. This property would benefit from a Guest Manual like our previous two properties had.

Fabulous view of water elevated location was fun to get too

Very nice neat and clean. Access was very easy. Would be helpful to have a booklet with some basic appliance usage instructions for people who come to visit to make things easier to figure out but overall a very nice place. Good parking too nice patios. Wonderful

Perfect apartment! Great location, great views, terrific hosts!

We had a perfect three days in this lovely apartment. Enjoyed walking down to the gorgeous beach each morning and evening, cooking in the very well equipped kitchen, and eating on the upstairs terrace. Pamela has done a terrific job decorating and equipping the apartment! Very comfortable, and the air-conditioning was most appreciated on the hot days we were there. Pamela is very warm and helpful with recommendations and information. I would recommend this apartment highly to any single or couple wanting to visit the area.

Ruhig mit viel Privatshäre und fantastischem Meerblick

Kleine, aber feine 1-Zi FeWo mit separatem Bad und zwei Terrassen, die neben großzügigem Liegeplatz und fantastischem Meerblick auch viel Privatsphäre bieten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen und so konzipiert, dass sich die Bewohner der einzelnen Appartements nicht „auf die Füße“ treten. Das hier beworbene Studio ist mit IKEA-Möbeln schlicht, aber gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über alle erdenklichen und notwendigen Gerätschaften inkl. zwei (!) Kühlschränken, die man tatsächlich gut gebrauchen kann. Es gibt auch einen E-Grill, mit dem man auf der oberen Terrasse BBQ machen kann. Der nächste Supermarkt (täglich bis 2200 Uhr geöffnet) ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, große Märkte wie Carrefour mit Frischfisch-Abteilung 20 min mit dem Auto am Ortseingang von Roses. WLAN funktioniert tadellos, auch im Streaming Mode. Das SAT-TV hat viele, aber keine deutschen Kanäle. Das Appartement liegt in dem ruhigeren Ortsteil, zum kleinen Sandstrand sind es 5 min zu Fuß steil bergab/-auf. Gleich daneben gibt es mehrere Restaurants. Für Fragen und bei Problemen ist die Vermieterin, Pamela Loaldi, jederzeit ansprechbar über WhatsApp oder persönlich. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Wer nicht von Deutschland mit dem Auto anreisen will, dem sei die Kombination Flug nach Barcelona + Mietwagen (etwa 2 Std. Fahrt von BCN nach Roses) empfohlen. Da das Studio über eine Waschmaschine verfügt, muss man auch nicht so viel in die Koffer oder Taschen stopfen.

superbe vue sur la mer pas du tout de bruit le studio et bien fonctionel surtout avec ca clim sa fait du bien quand ont arrive de la mer ou de ces beau village a visiter pas loing au tours et le soir installer sur la terrasse Avec ce coucher juste le bruis des vagues voila si non rien a dire de negatif la propritaire tres sympa j ai senti de suite quelle veut tous bien faire ou ameliorer sil le faut pour le bien etre et le confort de ces hotes , ont se sent vite bien une fois la porte ouverte mais le jour du depart un peut triste en ferment une derniere fois la porte mais avec pleins de bon.moments et de photos merci encore a la prochaine fois😉

Amazing place!

Pamela's place was really great! The view is amazing. It is only a 5 min walking from the beach and 5min drive from the center of town, and Pamela is so sweet and helpful. Any question I had, she answered immediately. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in Roses. If you're looking for a relaxing place outside of the bustle of the town, it is perfect. The apartment is really well equipped and clean and it was perfect for a nice quiet Holiday.

A fantastic place with amazing seaview just few minutes from the beach

Pamela’s flat was amazing! The photos can’t even do justice to how beautiful the view really is. Pamela was super sweet and easy to communicate with. Within 10 minutes (drive/walk) there were several beaches with clear blue water and rocky coastline and it was warm enough to swim in October. It is close to town, but also feels very remote and private like you are away from any hustle bustle. Perfect place for a relaxing trip!
