The upper living area includes a very large and light-filled living room with adjoining kitchen and dining area. From the kitchen and from the living room you enter the south-facing terrace overlooking the greenery and the olive groves.
The lower levels offer a total of 5 bedrooms (one ensuite) and 2 bathrooms.
Again, there is the possibility of direct access to the garden of the house.
The beach and center of Roses are only 3.5 km away.
The nearest restaurant are just a few meters away.
