Beautiful semi-detached house with community pool and garden in the center of Roses. It is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large bright living room with access to a very large terrace with garden furniture (from which it is possible to access directly the pool and the garden), a modern and very functional independent kitchen. a separate toilet. The first floor consists of a suite with a large bed and a bathroom with shower, another double bedroom, two bedrooms with single bed, a bathroom with shower. In the basement is a very spacious private garage. The house is equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, heating throughout the house. Family and quiet residence, located near the shops. This house is the perfect place to spend family holidays on the Costa Brava. Capacity for 6 people. [hidden]-15 PETS NOT ALLOWED.
