With capacity for 6 people, it features 3 bedrooms with single beds and 2 complete bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a complete set of kitchen utensils. The property has air conditioning in all rooms and heating by heat pump, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the stay.
