Well maintained, spacious and friendly house from the 90s in a very quiet dead end but 5 minutes by car from the historic city center of Roscoff. Composed of a fitted and equipped Kitchen, a double living room of almost 40m2, 4 bedrooms including one en-suite, 2 bathrooms, you will stay there as at home since you will have all the necessary comfort ! The large single storey terrace opening onto the 1000m2 south west garden will delight you with its ideal exposure to the sun from morning to evening! Roscoff is a pretty corsair village with beautiful white sand beaches and a recognized tourist dynamism. Provided with one of the first thalassotherapy centers, you will spend a lovely iodized vacation!
