Notre charmante maison en pierre de 85 m2 , centenaire, à été entièrement rénové à neuf et vous offre un cadre cocooning pour vous retrouver en famille ou entre amis en bord de mer. Proche sentiers cotiers, plages et du centre historique de Roscoff
L'été, un bus gratuit passe à proximité de la maison ayant comme destination le centre ville.
Cette maison est idéale pour 2 ou 4 personnes, la décoration est faite de meubles anciens relookés ainsi que de tableaux La Dilletante à Morlaix qui vous plongerons dans une ambiance artistique locale.
La maison est composée d'une belle pièce à vivre offrant un cadre parfait pour se détendre après une journée passée à découvrir la région et profiter des équipement mis à votre disposition.
Dans la cuisine ouverte toute équipée, vous pourrez préparer de délicieuses recettes et déguster autour d'une table .

La maison possède 2 chambres confortables avec chacune sa salle de bain privative.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses stimmt voll und ganz überein. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse ein schöner Platz zum Entspannen. Zum Badestrand kann man 10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, mit dem Auto geht es auch fix, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sprechen Englisch und super nett und liebevoll mit uns Gästen umgegangen.

Kleines Juwel in Roscoff

Das Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll mit vielen Bildern, tollen Möbelstücken und ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und entsprach genau unserem maritimen Geschmack. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Ansonsten war es sauber und man findet alles vor, was man sich im Urlaub wünschen kann. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und auf der Terrasse funktioniert der Gasgrill wunderbar. Schade, dass uns über 1300km trennen, aber wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen definitiv wieder. Merci beaucoup!!!

Superbe séjour

Nous connaissons Roscoff depuis quelques années et la location de cette maison, au calme, nous a enchantés. Le mobilier et la décoration sont choisis avec soin, tout est confortable et l'espace est bien distribué. La cuisine est très bien équipée et les deux douches sont un plus. Le centre ville se trouve à quelques minutes de marche, la plage et le port du Bloscon sont tout près. De belles ballades sont à faire, directement depuis la maison. Enfin, nous remercions MaÏa et Frédéric pour leur accueil et leur prévenance. Nous reviendrons.

Maïa et Frédéric sont des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques. La maison très bien située à Roscoff, au calme, tout près d'une plage, du jardin exotique, du GR34. Il y a tout le confort souhaité, l'espace, la décoration, l'équipement est complet. Nous retenons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Maïa und Frédéric ist es gelungen, aus dem alten Fischerhaus eine charmante und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft zu schaffen. Von außen sieht das Haus klein aus, deshalb ist man überrascht, wie geräumig es tatsächlich ist. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut: Der Strand von Traon Erc'h und der botanische Garten sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, auch die Altstadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub im schönen Roscoff sehr genossen, die Umgebung ist großartig.
