This villa in Provencal style with large private swimming pool (11x5x1.5) has a breathtaking view of the Golf du St. Tropez. Located on the right side of the mountain, on the south side, so that you can continue to enjoy the sun from morning to night. Free WIFI. All 3 bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. The master bedroom has large television and many international channels. The living room is comfortably and tastefully furnished with television and a portable Bose surround system. The kitchen is equipped with all technical appliances, including a large refrigerator with ice maker. The large conservatory, overlooking the pool / garden and sea, is great to relax even when the weather is less nice. In addition, this villa is situated in a dead end street. Compared to the neighboring plots, there is incidentally optimum privacy. In the very large garage, suitable for 4 cars with an electric gate, high (SUV) cars can be parked. During the high season a boat sails several times a day to St. Tropez from the port of Les Issambres. The village has several beaches, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and s, on Monday there is a market where you can buy fresh products. Around Les Issambres there are several nice and cozy towns, namely Saint-Maxime, Frejus, Saint Raphaél, and the fashionable Saint Tropez, with the world famous Pampelonne beach.

Geweldig mooi en prachtig huis

We zijn hier begin mei geweest, het ontvangst was geweldig, rondleiding gehad, uitzicht en indeling huis geweldig, wij waren met 5 personen. Ook lekker gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en alle faciliteiten zoals bbq en spelletjes. Mooie uitstapjes gemaakt naar st-tropen, Monaco en saint Maxime. Al bij al een geweldig huis echte aanrader, de prijs is er ook naar. Groeten Peter

A has-it-all house for your vacation

The house was great for our family: enough rooms, the ability to dine on the terrace or under the veranda when windy while still enjoying the beautiful view, the large swimming pool, a well furnished kitchen, etc all of that in a great and quiet neighborhoods, close to the beaches as well as Ste Maxime or Les Issambres. We are happy we found this house that matched the vrbo listing as well as our high expectations. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The only minor thing was that internet was sometime quite slow (less than 56kb/s) and as I had to work with large files, it could take up to 5 min to upload or download. For if you only use it for leisure This should not be an issue. We also bought a beach umbrella that is welcome for adults and necessary with kids that we left for future tenants to use. In summary, convenient location, well furnished and beautiful house, magnificent views and very peaceful. We would rent again with no hesitation!

We had an amazing week at the villa. It offered spectacular views of the sea. The house was very cozy, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor area was truly amazing, with a lovely pool and plenty of seating areas where we could relax in both the sun and the shade. The villa was very close to a supermarket and bakery, and the beach was only five minutes away. We loved every moment of our stay and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect holiday destination!

Herholsame Ferien in herrlicher Umgebung

Der Empfang von Atty war sehr herzlich, unsere beiden Hunden waren ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Wir können dieses toll gelegene Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und werden gerne bei einer nächsten Gelegenheit wieder kommen. 1 Woche war einfach viiiiel zu schnell vorbei. Nach 2015 haben wir das Haus in diesem Jahr noch einmal gemietet. Die Eigentümer haben das Haus hervorragend in Schuß gehalten und verschiedenste Dinge erneuert oder ausgetauscht. Für uns war der Pool ein absolutes Highlight, sauber, ausreichend groß und wunderbar temperiert. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Wir hatten an einigen Tagen überhaupt keine Lust, unser kleines Paradies zu verlassen, obwohl die Gegend sehr viel bietet. Vielen Dank auch an Atty, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat.

Magnifique séjour dans une très belle propriété. Intérieur très spacieux, très bien équipé avec belle master bedroom à l'étage. Extérieur avec superbe vue mer, belle piscine, table et transats à l'ombre. A noter, wifi un peu faible pour travailler.

Rather satisfied but....

We rented 4 weeks ( adults + toddler ). Nice view, nice house - reasonably well equipped despite antiquated Wifi ( extremely slow, professional activity had to be part cancelled ) / TV ( none of the standard French channels available – owner did not think worth upgrading installation [ cost = half day of rental !] despite our agreement for paying additional equipment ! ) and Pool alarm ( not meeting French regulation, was changed on 3rd weeks only ) – too bad ! Good service from Atty who did her best to make our stay enjoyable despite problems. This rental is suitable for short ( 1 week ) vacation , non French and/or non Wifi user only.

Lovely villa, even better than the photos

We had a lovely time at this villa in July 2020. The check in was arranged very well and the house and pool was cleaned to perfection. House interiors and pool / garden furniture are of excellent quality showing the passion the owner and caretaker have for this property. Wir durften traumhafte Ferienwochen in einem wunderbar gepflegten Haus an einer unvergleichlichen Lage verbringen. Alles ist in einem tipptoppen Zustand und man merkt die Liebe der Besitzer zu Ihrem Ferienhaus bis ins Detail.
