Superb villa "feet in the water"

Just a dive away from the clear Mediterranean sea. This magnificent 5 bedrooms (one is separate, next to the main building), 5 bathrooms water front villa has all to offer for perfect vacations. Swimming pool, BBQ,' terrain de boule', garden, a huge terrace on the sea over looking St Raphael and the Dramont, and a private entry to the Mediterranean sea. You will be on the first lodge for the colorful sunrises.
Kitchen with american fridge, stove etc,.. overlooking the sea. The lodge leads to a beautiful outdoor eating and BBQ area which is right next to the pool. The beautiful beach ' la Gaillarde' is at 10 mn walk by the famous Sentier des Douaniers.
Smaller food store 700 m away, for your morning 'croissants and french baguette'. Short drive to all major groceries stores and restaurants .
For those loving a warm pool, Pool heating is provided on demand from beginning of April until end of September and maybe a bit further depending on weather conditions.
And St Tropez is about 17 km away. A fun way to go there is with the ferry.
The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels.

Tranquil Paradise on the French Riviera

Yes, feet in pool and sea ! My husband and myself stayed at this beautiful serene villa with our labrador for 2 weeks. We tried not to miss a single spectacular sunrise on the large terrace with panoramic view of Saint Raphael and the sea. Early morning surise, late night light twinkles from Saint Raphael, with chilled white wine and fish from the plancha. The villa is spacious, secluded, private, quiet, peaceful. We've never stayed at a rental for longer than one week, this villa we would go back to immediately. Not right on the main road, therefore good access in and out of the property in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent location between Frejus and St. Maxime.

Great Stay

Michael was extremely helpful with our trip planning and accommodating with check in time. The Villa was accurately described and was perfect for our needs (6 adults). Loads of space in the main areas inside and outside. The pool is well looked after by Michael every few days and was warm enough for us during June. Great views across the bay and with added bonus of direct access to the sea. Couple of beach bars within walking distance - my kids enjoyed Windys served some nice food. Villa is well equipped with all that is required for a great stay Great location for exploring the local area, Nice airport just over an hour by car. My wife and I travelled by car the kids came by air. Would happily return again. Mark

Stunning location

The villa is perfectly situated next to the sea with east access to the path and beaches. The rooms are good sizes and the villa was well-equipped. It is a great location for Fréjus and Sainte Maxime and all the beaches along the coast. There are no amenities in walking distance so we did spend time in the car going to Les Issambres for groceries or to Sainte Maxime for the nightlife. Michael was a great host responding speedily to all our queries.

Superb Location

The house is on a beautiful lot with an amazing view of the Med. The Host was very helpful and generally available when needed. One time he had to walk us through a power failure on the phone and another he had to fix the dryer. He provided excellant reccomendations for restaurants and made other good suggestions. We should not have had to deal with the power failure or dryer that wasn't serviced before our arrival. The pictures of the unit do not accurately show the condition of the house. The furniture is much older than shown and condition of outside area is worn. There were no toiletries or basic kitchen supplies provided like dish washer soap, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, body wash or shampoo. We expected to have to buy food, but not these supplies. Also the beds were very hard, that may be the way europeans like them, but for us they were uncomfortable. No extra pilows were provided and those provided were not good sleeping pillows. There were no extra sets of bed linens or bath towels.

Great villa, with great views

We had a wonderful time. Villa is located near the Les Issambres town that has plenty of restaurants and a cute market on market day. There are also plenty of sandy beaches short drive away. However, it was also wonderful just staying in, swimming in the pool with incredible views of the Mediterranean. Very relaxing.

A million dollar view

Had some issues with an A/C unit that needed to be replaced , poor TV reception and a few basic supplies that went missing. But all these seemed forgotten once you stepped outside on the back terrace with incredible ocean views and swimming access to a rocky private beach . Michael , the caretaker available when needed . Overall , great vacation with sandy beaches and food shopping near by .

Amazing view, relaxing stay

perfect hideaway, would need some restaurations. Unrestaured the last 4 years. Wifi is super slow, which annoyed the teens and all the beds and matress should be changed. But a wonderful property with a breathtaking view and a privileged access to the sea. Great holidays!

This house was superb! The views and location are amazing. Michael was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Our only comment are to change the pillows as they were old and uncomfortable. But for everything else we highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous private backyard oasis right on the Mediterranean

Very secluded and spacious villa with expansive terrace taking in the amazing unobstructed views of the Mediterranean with an infinity-edge pool and palm trees. Private access to the sea was was a plus and the snorkeling was fun for all to enjoy. The sunrises were worth the early wakeup call. Minor cleaning issues upon arrival but Michael promptly addressed them to our satisfaction. We would return in a heartbeat.

Nice villa with well functioning layout! The location and views are superb, the terrace and pool area provide a very relaxing environment. You can also swim in the sea practically in front of the villa which was very nice. Michael was very helpful and quick to reply, everything went smoothly.

Great villa, fantastic location on the sea

The villa is great, the location is great on the sea , would recommend rock shoes as it's a little rocky to get into the sea. The bedrooms are all air conditioned which is great as it was very hot when we were there. It would be nice if the main living room was also air conditioned. The bathrooms are all very nice, modern and well designed, the kitchen well equipped. Outside there are plenty of loungers and the 2 palm trees allow lots of opportunity to get into the shade if needed, pool towels were provided The pool is fantastic with fantastic views. Michael was a friendly, good and efficient. If you want to get around a car is required . We had a lovely week in a great villa- would highly recommend.

Incredible house and location.

We stay in this region every year and I can honestly say this was in our top 3! Location and views are fantastic. Could never get bored of walking onto the terrace and looking out to sea with the sun on your back. We had a couple of minor issues with the house, but the house manager Michael sorted these very quickly. He kept in touch and made our stay a memorable one. We will definitely return to this property in the very near future. We like the finer things in life, this house is one of them. If I could raise the money, I'd buy this home. I can't give it a greater endorsement than that!

La vue est magnifique (4,5 sur 5)

Nous avons décidé de repasser une semaine en mai dans ce paradis . Le lieu n'a pas changé depuis ces deux ans. Les photos sont fidèles à l'endroit! Pas de vis à vis et une vue dégagé et splendide sur la mer. Piscine à 27°. L'extérieure est vraiment le point fort de cette villa! Michael est toujours au petit soin et il reste disponible au moindre problèmes! A très bientôt j'espère! Thomas.

Fabuleuse !

Une superbe maison très bien agencée à l'interieur. Sa terrasse est spacieuse et très bien aménagée et la vue meritent le détour ! une très belle adresse, rien ne manque, tout est très bien entretenu. Nous y sommes venus 2 fois, il y a 3 ans et en 2016, en mi-saison. Formidable et uniquement envie de revenir !

Wunderschöne Woche in perfektem Haus

Wir waren dort für eine Woche im April mit 2 Erwachsenen, 3 jugendlichen Kindern (12, 14, 17) und 2 Hunden. Das Haus ist wirklich direkt am Meer gelegen mit einem eigenen kleinen Fußweg (ca. 15 Meter) ans Wasser. Man wohnt auf 2 Etagen, wobei die obere Etage für die meisten Schlafzimmer vorbehalten sind sowie eine sehr gemütliche Galerie- Sitzecke, die von unseren Kids jeden Abend genutzt wurde. Die Terasse ist sehr großzügig, wir haben selbst im April die meiste Zeit dort verbracht. Der Ausblick, das Meeresrauschen. Einfach perfekt. Die Abwicklung hat reibungslos funktioniert, im Vorfeld ohne Probleme und auch bei Ankunft, bzw. Abreise war Herr Schaeffer überaus pünktlich und zuverlässig. Ich habe mehrfach im Vorfeld mit ihm telefoniert, er war immer sehr gut erreichbar. Also immer ein ausserordentlich gutes Gefühl gehabt bei der Betreuung. Nach vorheriger Absprache wurde auch die Poolheizung vor unserer Ankunft angeschaltet, da im April es ja nocht nicht wirklich das ideale Badewetter ist. Unsere Jungs jedenfalls waren sehr dankbar. Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön geräumig und sauber, die Küche super ausgestattet. Im Prinzip noch schöner, als es die Fotos wiedergeben können. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet, das Badezimmer des Master- Bedrooms und der Ausblick ist natürlich der Hammer. Für die etwas kühleren Tage war auch TV- Empfang mit allen deutschen und andersprachlichen Sendern zu empfangen. Von der Lage ist es gut gelegen, man hat dort seine Ruhe (es ist ein abgeschlossenes und eingezäuntes Grundstück). In wenigen Fahrminuten ist man aber zum Beispiel in Sainte Maxime (wir waren fast jeden Abend dort, Fahrzeit ca. 10 Minuten). Ebenfalls haben wir von dort Ausflüge gestartet (Cannes: 35 Minuten, Nizza: 1 Stunde, Monacco: 1, 25 Stunden, Saint Tropez: 35 Minuten) Fazit: Eine rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus in perfekter Lage mit super Betreuung. So oft haben wir nicht die Möglichkeit, direkt am Meer zu wohnen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können diese Villa nur empfehlen.
