Sejour tres agreable dans un logement tres bien équipé

Notre hote nous a accueilli dans la maison de famille.Le logement est tres bien équipé, il y a un kit d arrivee avec l indispensable cafe, herbes et condiments....La propriété est remarquable.Notre sejour a ete agrémenté de belles randonnees , mises a disposition dans un catalogue...de visites accompagnees par les conseils avises ( pour aller à st tropez..privilegier les navettes bateau:-) .La vue principale est sur la méditerranée . Le positionnement sur les hauteurs est parfait pour beneficier de la vue et de fraicheur.Sejour parfait pour nous !

Un havre de paix perché sur la colline

Super logement, accueil charmant, tout le confort et plus que ce qui est nécessaire en equipement. Et puis, la terrasse et sa vue splendide où lon passerait sa vie entre ombre et lumière, face à la mer. Il faut bien repartir, mais nous reviendrons !

Super logement !

Logement ultra bien équipé, ce qui est rare. Proprietaire tres accueillante. Nous etions 6 : mon mari et moi et nos 4 parents. 3 chambres top. 2 sdb et 2 wc, ce qui etait tres appréciable. A 5 minutes en voiture de qq commerces. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons. Merci !

ontspannen vakantie gehad rustige buurt met bijna geen geluid van buren mooi uitzicht schoon huis, ondanks dat sommige dingen gedateerd zijn relaxing holiday quiet neighborhood with almost no noise from neighbors nice view clean house, even though some things are dated it is a mezzanine floor with an apartment above and below you recommended for families who like simple. het is een tussenverdieping met boven en onder je een appartement aanrader voor gezinnen die van simpel houden.

Es ist kein Ferienhaus, sondern eine Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist als solche ok, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lage auf eine Hügel mit toller Aussicht. Tagsüber meist leichter Windzug, so dass es im Sommer nicht so heiss ist und keine Müchen da sind. Aber: Obwohl das Objekt in der Überschrift als "Ferienhaus" bezeichnet wird in auch in der Kategorie "Ferienhaus" angegeben ist, handelt es sich hier keineswegs um ein Ferienhaus, sondern nur um eine Ferienwohnung! Ich sehe das als bewusste Täuschung und fühle mich betrogen. In der Wohnung über uns liefen tags wie nachts Hunde, was man an der Decke hören konnte. Fenster vom Bad und WC gehen direkt zum Außenbereich der Familie im 1. OG. Das störte, und solche Punkte wollte ich genau vermeiden, in dem ich ein Ferienhaus gebucht hatte. Als Ferienwohnung und mit den beschriebenen Nachteilen ist der Preis überteuert.

Perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat einfach alles reibungslos funktioniert, von der Buchung über den Empfang vor Ort bis hin zur Abreise. Besonders toll war die riesige Terrasse und die Plancha zum Grillen. Die Wohnung war für drei Erwachsene und drei Jugendliche perfekt!

OUI et NON

Malgré un très bon accueil, une superbe vue, une parfaite propreté et un très bon équipement, nous avons passé un désagréable séjour en raison des trop nombreuses piqûres de moustiques subies en soirée (dû à l'arrosage nocturne généralisé des jardins et le mauvais état des moustiquaires) et la très mauvaise odeur des canalisations internes. Ainsi, nous n'avons pas pu profité de cette superbe terrasse comme nous l'aurions souhaité. Nous avons également été très dérangés la nuit par le bruit du déplacement des chiens du voisin du dessus (mauvaise isolation phonique).

Wundervoll

Wir haben uns in dem Haus vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann es gar nicht so recht beschreiben, es war wie ein Zuhause. Es liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, sodass es keinen Durchgangsverkehr gibt. Außerdem gibt es oberhalb des Hauses keine weitere Häuserzeile, man ist direkt in der Natur. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Der Blick, nicht nur auf das Meer, sondern vom Garten vor dem Haus in die Natur, aber auch abends das Lichtermeer der Hügel von Les Issambres lässt einen wirklich ins Schwärmen geraten. Das Meer ist nur 4 Auto-Minuten entfernt, und man gelangt unmittelbar auf einen Parkplatz an einem schönen Sandstrand. Das Haus selber ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt, auch die kleinen Dinge, wie Wäscheklammern (tw. Sturmklammern), Waschmittel, die zur Benutzung zur Verfügung standen (alles andere als selbstverständlich) etc. fehlten nicht. Die Fenster sind neu und die in den Schlafzimmern mit Insektengittern ausgestattet, was wirklich sehr nützlich war. Dazu gibt es an allen Fenstern elektrische Rollläden, sodass man selbst gut dazu beitragen kann, dass das Haus kühl bleibt. Auch bei der größten Hitze (die wir während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten) war das Haus noch wohl temperiert. Dass das Auto in einem Carport steht, ist im Hochsommer wirklich Gold wert. Was uns ebenfalls sehr angenehm auffiel: das Haus war super sauber. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm; sie war zudem sehr entgegenkommend. Vor Ort kümmert sich Nicole um die Gäste. Sie ist sehr sehr nett, zuverlässig und flexibel. Der persönliche Kontakt mit ihr war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank Nicole und Christiane für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus! très agréable !

Nous avons apprécié la maison très pratique et très bien située ,l'endroit était très calme, proche des plages et des commerces.L'accueil exceptionnel,petites attentions agréables à notre arrivée(confitures ,chocolats...).La cuisine est un peu vieillotte ,mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut!

Agréable maison offrant une belle vue

Agréable "maison de famille" au calme, avec une très belle vue dégagée et un grand balcon. Petit jardin sur l'avant pour petit déjeuner "au frais" bien appréciable. Gentillesse des hôtes et de la personne nous ayant accueillie. Descriptif et photos conformes au site, charme de l'ancien, maison bien équipée. Parking facile (Voiture nécessaire). Bref, nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour !

Vue magnifique tout en haut du e colline

L’accueil est parfait avec Nicole qui est une femme fort sympathique, et très accueillante Les voisins sont sympas aussi , l’endroit est calme , la maison est spacieuse et très bien orientée . Le seul point négatif , il manque une piscine !

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la maison de M. Armand. Pas de luxe, mais très fonctionelle et bien située. Très bonne terasse, vous pouvez choisir selon le temperature et le soleil si vous voulez rester dans la partie ouverte ou couverte, ou dans la loggia s'il fais froid. Il y a une très belle vue sur la mer et les collines. Cuisine bien equipée, les lits sont bons et nous sommes bien accueillé par Mme Flick. Nous reviendrons certainement !! Leif & Gunilla Jacobsson
