The entire town and property are fresh and contemporary. Loved the large bathroom counter and luxurious walk-in shower. This is the only hotel I remember where room temp was where I wanted it, as I arrived!

Mold not what you would expect in a hotel from IHG

It had black mold above the shower. Not what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express and for the price being at the top end for the area. It shows not all hotels are run to the same level. Access was nice and the staff was polite, but it the mold made you feel more like you were in a Super 8.

Delightful

This was the most delightful hotel. On paper, it doesn't seem like it's anything special, but the rooms were super clean and the staff were the most friendly and pleasant hotel staff I've interacted with in a long time. I very much appreciate everyone that works there.

We had a good stay at the Vernal Holiday Inn Express. They were just finishing a remodel so not all the amenities were available but what they had redone looked great. Breakfast was good but they ran out of coffee and I had to leave before they refilled... it took quite a while. Would certainly recommend for a 1 night layover like we had.
