Rural house for 14 people in Ronda, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

It will have a totally private pool, with six bedrooms with capacity for 14 people, located in a beautiful valley ten minutes from Ronda, the airports of Malaga, Seville; Jerez or Gibraltar is approximately an hour and a half away, the house is part of an old farmhouse and has been recently renovated trying to maintain the essence of this type of Andalusian houses.


The plot where the house is located has a total of 9000 square meters, fully fenced, bordering the Guadalcobacín river, being located in the Serranía de Ronda, it is surrounded by the Sierra de las Nieves National Park and the natural parks of the “Sierra de Grazalema” and the “Alcornocales”.

The accommodation consists of a house and an apartment,

House:

Ground floor: consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom
First floor: three bedrooms and a bathroom, the first bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the second bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom with a single bed
Top floor: a bedroom with bathroom, a double bed and a single bed, its own terrace with views of the valley

On the first floor and attic the rooms have heat pumps that provide hot and cold air, on the ground floor there is a fireplace in the dining room and a chubesqui in the living room, in summer normally when the walls are very wide it makes a temperature nice inside. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a breakfast table for six people and an island with three banquets, the dining room has a large table for 14 people, and the living room a comfort zone with two sofas.

Apartment:

It is located about thirty meters from the house, it has two beds together of 1.05 cm each, and a single bed, bathroom and heat pump.

Exteriors:

Within a plot of about nine thousand square meters there are different trees and an organic garden with all kinds of vegetables.

It has a delimited area of about a thousand meters where the pool is surrounded by natural grass with its heather umbrellas and hammocks, a large barbecue, an area with a shill out under a pergola and another area to eat with a table in the shade of the walnut tree next to the house, as well as another area with a ping pong table.
