Wonderful relaxing place to stay. Fabulous vista, great breakfast and very nice staff. The 1km road to get to the hotel was quite rocky but well worth it. We would fully recommend the hotel for an authentic Spanish experience.

The dinner and the breakfast that we were served were both delicious and the service we obtained from the friendly staff was excellent. We very much loved the quiet and beautiful surrounding to the hacienda. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night, but we will most probably return if we will come to Ronda again.

Our stay was perfect in every way--we loved it! The location is gorgeous and convenient, just outside of Ronda in the tranquil countryside. We had a wonderful conversation with Jorge, who cooked us a delicious dinner. The stay was very relaxing, we highly recommend, a find!

Great location and very nice hotel for the price. The view is amazing and from the hotel a 40’ walk bring you to the bottom of the bridge where you can do fantastic pictures. The access by car is not easy as the road is without asphalt from the west side. I would recommend to get by the east side where the road is in good condition, unless doing it with a 4x4

Really relaxing spot outside Ronda with nice view of the town. Need a car to get into Ronda although if you are up for a decent walk, it’s a pretty one through a country road and then up a trail.

Lovely stay - glorious views. Our only recommendation is to not trust the GPS to get you there easily. The dirt road is actually treacherous and you have to drive through a stream. Our dinner was good as was the breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for local sightseeing and places to eat. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The settings in a beautiful valley was very quiet and relaxing. Tip: don't take dirt road from main road that Google maps recommends. Rough road! Keep driving past the turn to new route that will start with asphalt road when you turn off of the main road. This road turns into much easier dirt road.

This little rural stay is lovely! The staff is friendly and helpful. It is quiet and clean. The amenities are dated as one would expect in a traditional country home, but the decor is suiting and it is very clean and functional. It is the setting that makes this place so enjoyable. You can hear the horses and the sheep in the fields and a cute pair of little dogs make their daily rounds to visit. The birds are singing and other than that is is quiet. Fabulous views and easy to get into Ronda if that is your goal. Highly recommended.

My friend and I had a wonderful three-night stay at this small hotel at the foothills of an amazing mountain range covered in olive trees, cliffs, and lush green fields. I had an issue with the original room they put me in, but they quickly made accommodations to make me comfortable in a different room and take care of a few other minor issues that came up. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable in the mornings. I got used to the extremely steep hill to get down and up from the hotel, but it was definitely a wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

To sit on the terrace looking at the sheer cliffs of Ronda, listening to the chatter of birds in 20 degree spring sunshine is a delight to be envied! The hotel is just a few miles from the town but wonderfully rural and calm. The decoration is pleasingly quirky, the beds comfortable, the shower hot (but you must be patient!). Breakfast was a fried egg with bacon and cold ham and cheese, plenty of coffee, toast and jams/pâté and a skewer of fruit. Staff were young, friendly and helpful. There are walking and biking trails and I'd love to return, spend a few days and give them a go. Note that some of the road is a bit daunting first time, but was not a problem for my small car.

A beautiful location with amazing views back up to Ronda and two sweet girls doing their best to do everything single handed. They did deliver a good breakfast. Their best efforts were let down by a dusty room and a terrible shower in which the rain shower head was too big for a tiny, old cubicle so half the bathroom got showered too. This hotel could be amazing if it was given a bit of love. We took the wrong turning down a terrible track because the hotel sign has been left at the wrong turning. This was all part of the general lack of care.

This Hacienda hotel was a great find! Off the beaten path, yet close enough to see Ronda atop the cliff and gorge! Very picturesque!!! Rooms were clean and spacious, pool was refreshing (not-heated), dinner options were varied, including for vegans, breakfast was sit-down with eggs and bacon on offer. Best of all, when we accidentally left an item behind, staff was willing to Mail by Correos. Very charming, down-to-earth, pleasant experience with horses neighing nearby!

We stayed as a couple in room 4 one night in January. I would say it's a must do if you want to experience the best of Andalousia. Location: The place is very close from the city but also, far enough to enjoy the countryside. Very safe. Would obviously need a car or take Uber to reach. Spaces: Beautiful and traditionnal space. It was our favorite stay. Beautiful down view of Ronda with a pool (not heated for winter) and horses with walks to do. They have a very nice communal space for drink/talk with a fire. Rooms was well heated and you have full control of it. Private bathroom. Service: Very friendly and casual. She showed our room and was very helpful. Breakfast: Loved the breakfast. Even if not staying at the hotel, I would recommend. Exacly has the hotel, it's friendly and traditionnal.

We wanted to stay close to Ronda in accommodation with (free) parking, so chose the Hotel Rural La Hacienda de Ronda, which is an easy 15 minute drive from the town. The hacienda is in a beautiful semi-rural setting, on the road that leads to the area at the foot of the escarpment below Ronda town. We took a walk from here up to the ruined mills and waterfall, which I would recommend. Our room was compact but warm and comfortable, with wooden beams and a good deal of charm. The beds were also comfortable. The shower cubicle was just big enough, but not spacious as the control unit is quite cumbersome. It might be a challenge for larger guests! There was a capsule coffee maker in the room but no capsules provided. I am not sure if this was an oversight or standard practice, but as a result it was a redundant feature. The breakfast was excellent! It was table service. Fresh juice and coffee, cold meats/cheese, toast and then a very generous plate of fried eggs (our choice) and bacon followed. There were also packaged muffins, which we did not try. All delicious! The staff were very welcoming and helpful indeed. We paid a very modest rate for our room which, given the quality of the breakfast, was exceptionally good value. I have no hesitation in giving this property a strong recommendation, and will certainly be heading back if I am ever back in beautiful Ronda.

Brochetas de fruta fresca, zumo. En todo momento nos indicaron si deseábamos huevos fritos, tortilla a la francesa, bacon ... etc. Pan tostado con tomate y aceite y otros pates de la zona. El personal muy atento en todo momento. El acceso al hotel se realiza por un camino rural por el que se ha de tener especial precaucion.
