Room reviews: Great location, very close to St Peter Basilica , within 3-5 minutes walk. It is an old building but remodeled. Room is spacious than the one we stayed last year,which is clean and lighting is great. Bathroom is big, facilities are adequate , water pressure is strong and could be very hot. Lighting is special with changing colour. Staff is friendly and tries to help. Kind reminder: need to walk seven steps up to reach the lift inside the building; shower tub drainage is weak, water goes slowly. May be drain is clogged; Towel warmer can’t be switched on in the room, and only will be used in winter time, could not dry the towels then; No hooks for hanging clothes or towels in the bathroom; Room is not soundproof as I can hear talking or noise from the corridor or next room or upper level; Only two free bottles of water provided though we stayed for three nights, hopefully two free bottles of water could be provided each day. Overall, we feel comfortable to stay in and recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Vatican Style and was thoroughly impressed. The location is very close to the Vatican, and close to local restaurants and shops. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with friendly and efficient service. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was very little noise from the street. I loved the complimentary touches the toiletries, bath salts and coffee. The bath/jacuzzi was very relaxing, the staff were friendly and were able to provide helpful recommendations of the local areas and transport options. Overall, Vatican Style exceeded my expectations and was perfect place for us to stay while w exploring Rome.

The building is good, very close to the Sistine Chapel, but the staff is terrible and very disorganized. We arrived at the hotel at 2 pm. We were knocking on the door for almost half an hour to check in, but no one answered. We called by phone and they told us that they were about to open, but another 15 minutes passed until an employee arrived, but she came in very quickly and didn't hear us when we told her that we had a reservation. We called again by phone and until then they opened and we were able to enter to check in. I hope the hotel administrators see this comment and do something so that other guests don't have to wait like we did.

Excellent location , clean , friendly staff . Arrived early morning from our flight from US- Los Angeles to Atlanta to Rome and they let us check in early . It was good because we didn’t sleep on the plane . You easily commute by public transportation because it’s 5-10 minutes to bus or city tram .

Pictures of the hotel on Expedia don’t match the experience. The pretty courtyard and porticos you see in the marketing are stock photos and not real. The outside of the hotel consists of just two wooden double doors, like an apartment. The accommodations were clean, staff friendly, but we expected a more picturesque Rome/Vatican City experience. The hotel appears upscale online, so you feel okay, paying the exorbitant price - it’s totally not that at all. We feel a bit suckered despite the pleasant condition of the room. Location to Vatican and related attractions was great.

2 minutes from Vatican City. Nice Place, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, yummy breakfast served in the room. Our room could sleep 3 people. Availability to leave your language at the desk after check out for no charge - if still exploring. Service desk responded to any needs promptly, including calling taxi. Would stay again.
