Super cute apartment

Apartment was great. The neighborhood was great. The distance to the Colosseum is really great. However, the apartment is not really walking distance to anything else. Everything else is about a mile or two away.

Terrible experience

Images are deceptive and deceitful because they do not show the ladder you have to climb to get into bed mounted on loft. Near claustrophobic approx 18", .5 meter clearance to ceiling. Bed covering was very unclean and both spouse and I got sinus infection from breathing. Check in process was horrible. Owner did not provide method to enter the building. A kind neighbor had to let us into the building and called him up . Lock box was inside the building lobby. Expected owner to meet us outside building at 4pm as indicated on messages. Images in 18 photos are completely deceiving in making unit appear to be large and does not show ladder to climb to loft. Big problem unless customers are athletic types. Building and location were excellent in walking distance to Forum and Coliseum. Quilt cover for mattress was dirty and caused sinus infection to both of us. We were stuck with it because we only had one full day to do our tours. Worst experience in 35 day vacation. SHAME !

Great location for low price

The apartment was in a great location close to the colosseum. The room is very small and is accurately depicted in the photos. The host helped get the AC working upon arrival but there was a problem with the water heater for the shower and the hot water only lasted for a few minutes which was not fixed during the stay. Other than that it is in a great neighborhood and perfect for cheap spot close to the city center.
