The floor was dirty, the kitchen draws would not close. It did not look like the pictures on the website, The space between the shower & the hand basin was tiny. We had no washing machine. When I asked if there was a place nearby I was told they didn’t know.

The hotel rooms look NOTHING like the pictures. We were put in a basement bedroom that had no windows, no ventilation other than the door. It was very hot in the room and we were told that they do not turn on the AC until beginning of May so we had to keep the door open as long as possible just to help regulate the temperature in the room. The shower was disgusting, with rust marks everywhere. The sofa beds were not comfortable at all. The kitchen is not well equipped. The cleaning staff put our toiletries that we had left on the stool in the bathroom inside the bidet. When we told the front desk staff they didn't think anything wrong with that. The area outside is very dirty, but the only good thing is the location that it is walking distance to a lot of places and so close to the metro station.

Nice location near main train & buses -fair price!

It was a very old building so it had no elevator. I had the top floor unit #14 and the front desk mgr, Natalie helped carry my 55# baggage up to 3 flights of stairs. She was very helpful and kind. Housekeeping was always very polite and was good in keeping the rooms clean and towels replaced. The shower was NOT good because the handspray would get the floor all wet because there was no 3rd glass wall to keep the shower contained.

I think this property is a human trafficking spot--they split my family into 2 different buildings, there were ppl taking picture of my family when we arrived..the picture is not what the place look like, we end up leaving the place withing 20 minutes after check in which is virtual check in...I mean Avoid at all cost for your safety--DEMAND A FULL REFUND EXPEDIA you should do better

This was the worst property we’ve stayed at on our italy trip. The floors were dirty and the shower was broken. The worst part was it was in such a sketchy area. There was a group of very loud men just hanging outside one of the hotel entrances all night. It was super loud and we could not sleep. Book anywhere else but here. This place needs an upgrade and 24h security.

Very close to the train and bus station but around the hotel groups of guys are always loitering. It feels unsafe specially at night if you are by yourself l would not recommend this place. Room was ok but there was stains on the duvet. Very average.

Hotel room is different than what was shown while booking, however it had all facilities as listed. Room is very old, broken cup board and few kitchen amenities . And there were some odd smell in the wash room. We asked for additional quilt since the heater was not on during our stay and the quilt provided was very small not sufficient for 2 people and the request was denied. Coming to the location, it is near to termini station but outside the hotel always there are few people having drinks and smoking. Not an ideal place and not safe during the evening or late evening. I would not recommend this place to stay
