Our room wasn’t clean, there was mould in the shower and dirt on the floors. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Our room looked nothing like the photos posted on here. The only positive was that the lady at reception was very welcoming and kind. Security seemed thourough as well because it was not a safe part of the city.

Very friendly staff with an easy check in. A stronger air conditioning unit and English TV channels would be nice. Liked the full fridge/freezer/stove with all pots/pans/plates and utensils made it feel like a home stay also.

Very dirty, toilet smelled of sewage, furniture was broken down Ikea furniture, a/c was just a fan unit with nasty mold growing inside and water dripping on floor, reception hours are so short that I never saw them, watch out not to hit your head on arches or bathroom door.

Ok, not more. Friendly staff though!

Good place to sleep after a full day of walking in Rome, but don't expect something fancy. Small walk for breakfast in the morning - not a lot of choices. Old AC units. Small bathrooms... No screens on the windows for bugs. Wifi not so good in the rooms due to the stone walls. Complicated with their door code systems. No 24/7 front desk. Nice little terrasse outside.

Read mixed reviews before arriving but hotel was good and met expectations. We had two apartments, they were comfortable and secure. Yes they aren’t perfect but that shouldn’t be your expectation. Good restaurants in the area. Is the area a bit rough? Yes, but no worse than any other major city close to a significant rail terminal, this is Europe and beyond. If you’re Karen from Kansas this isn’t for you. If you are a practical realistic traveller this is a great stay close to all you need.

The floor was dirty, the kitchen draws would not close. It did not look like the pictures on the website, The space between the shower & the hand basin was tiny. We had no washing machine. When I asked if there was a place nearby I was told they didn’t know.

Reminds me of Alcatraz but you are the one paying to stay rather than being forced too. Luckily I only stayed one night. No hot water and the shower barely works. I would recommend camping instead if you ever stayed in this hotel.

For the money paid this place is NOT good. There is no reception and no personnel available. The place is dark and old (not in a quaint way). No elevator. The "air conditioner" is some sort of of world war II contraption that does not cool the room and is noisy. This is some sort of apartment building trying to pass for a hotel. The place is actually too big and that doesn't help trying to cool it down. The bed is not comfortable.

The hotel is located in an unbeatable location, just a block away from Termini, which is really useful for public transportation and airport transfer. The hotel is old but well maintained and clean, rooms were cleaned everyday. The neighborhood is not the nicest in Rome, but it is the price to pay to be close to the terminal. It is a really good property to stay for a few days.

The property is near the main station and when we arrived we felt very unsafe. We asked for a refund as we have two children but they refused. The room was very basic and the bed was terrible. Plastic cracked and very hard. The tv and toilet seat were broken which my husband had to fix. There is no reception or help after 4pm. There are three codes to get to your room. The room was cleaned daily which was a positive. There was no real kitchen items to cook so that made it impossible to make meals. I would not recommend it for families at all and would not stay here ever again.
