The room was infested with bed bugs that caused severe rash in many body parts in addition to the mental anxiety. Took pictures for bed bugs and rash. The bed coverage is not clean and has cigarettes burns. The washroom door does not have a lock and gets stuck when closed with a knob to open it. The lights bulbs are missing and the room is dim. Our vacation was ruined.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful, but this place needs a deep cleaning, the bathroom is just so disgustingly dirty. There was mold all over the place, the shower curtain was just green and black of mold. The toilet has not been cleaned with any products for a very long time. The bedsheets in the room smelled like they had not been washed! Disaster. I feel bad for the lady at the front desk, because she was really nice, but they need to improve the cleaning.

This location was very difficult to find. The building is not labeled and looks nothing like what was pictured. The floor creeked a lot in the room was not spacey at all. Found bugs in the bathtub and ants all over the floor. Let the receptionist know, but she was rude about it and tried to clean up all the bugs and say it was nothing. Honestly dreaded coming back to this room at the end of the day. Not very luxury at all!

The location was very good for some of the popular sites in Rome. The room was a decent size and included a mini fridge. The free breakfast was a disappointment with it being a couple of items left in your room and fridge. The pictures of the courtyard listed in the website were no where to be found. Overall not a bad place as the location was convenient.

The pictures were very misleading, the bed was dirty, weird smell and there was water/hair on the floor. The free breakfast was not really a breakfast just some packaged food again very misleading. I checked out immediately and they wouldn’t give me a refund.

Okay for what you pay. Only issue is how you have to leave your physical key at the front desk so they can go into your room and clean/ put the basic bread/coffee. Felt a bit odd since anyone can just grab a key and go into a room. We did lock all our stuff in the giant droors. You get what you pay for let’s leave it at that

the good - beds were comfortable, AC worked, bathroom worked the bad - they provide breakfast but it very basic and contained those slightly soggy packaged croissants, the furniture is old and crowded the room, view from room was terrible. The hotel is near the top of the hill which is an issue on very hot days. Dont be deceived by the name - this is a very basic no frills hotel

Fine but not great

Hotel is much smaller than it appears in the images. There is no communal space at all, or any facilities beyond the room. Rooms were decent and clean, and the location is excellent. WiFi was a little inconsistent.

The room keys were kept unattended in plain sight which compromises everyones security. We werent allowed to leave the hotel with our key. Room was so dusty it coulnt have been cleaned for weeks. Bathroom was not clean.
