Hidden gem

The location is perfect, everything is walkable. The room is spacious enough for one, a little dark due to very small window. The host is welcoming and helps with everything you need, including a WhatsApp message prior to arrival with video on how to locate and open doors to the property

Great place to stay in Rome! The staff are super friendly and we felt very safe and secure in the accommodations. The location is perfect for touring around as it walking distance to all the hot spots. Would definitely recommend.

Good location

The location of this B&B was great and the superior double room was comfortable. Communication with the host was also good. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, it needed some deep cleaning, did not feel comfortable stepping into the shower.

Great Quaint Hotel

Great location. Nice clean and very courteous staff. In and out transfers were very well coordinated. The breakfast is ordered the night before, prepared and delivered to your room, it was very good. The rooms are on the small side but very well maintained. A shelf in the bathroom for towels and toiletries would be welcomed. The location is fabulous, 5-10 minute walk to Pantheon and bus and tram access less than 3 minutes walk.

Decent B&B

(Note that this review is referring to the basic room provided. Larger rooms with more features are available). Good B&B with friendly helpful staff. If you're looking for a comfortable room with standard facilities, good options breakfast with no frills, its highly recommended. Was perfect for our 4 night stay in Rome.

Hidden luxury behind an innocuous green door.

Well to start with I booked this hotel by mistake, there is another Hotel Di Sant' Anna in Borgo Pio so make sure you are booking the 'La Maison Di Sant' Anna'. Having said that my error was wonderfully rewarded by such a fabulous stay, the rooms are decorated to a very high standard, luxurious and modern, the bed is comfortable, the shower is awesome, and plenty of storage space, all completed by a lovely breakfast selection. The ladies that run the show are friendly, efficient, and very helpful although only available by phone after 1pm which was not much of a problem for us as we are out all day then pop back for a shower and a rest before going out to dinner (there are a number of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance) then back to bed. All in all a very pleasurable experience, we will certainly be staying here again.
