All staff were very friendly and helpful, luckily our room was available before check in so we were able to rest before exploring the city, our room (deluxe with balcony) was clean and spacious - perfect for our long weekend in the city. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed: a lovely large room with balcony, a great shower, room cleaned every day and friendly helpful staff. The hotel itself was quiet but is situated just south of the city wall in a vibrant residential neighbourhood. Cannot recommend enough - was the perfect base for exploring Rome.
