The location is perfect, walking distance from the station but not too close to it, very close to any part of the city centre, the room is very clean and silent, bed was comfortable, the lift was working so the 4th floor wasn't a problem.

Location and staff were awesome!!! Room was VERY clean and the only change would be the elevator (pretty small:) and the hearing/air conditioner was difficult, but ALL worked!!’ We were very pleased! -Grazie!

Great location. Everything is walkable, though we did average 20,000 steps each day. We purchased a 72 hour train ticket and used it 3 times. Staff helpful, hotel modern and clean and a perfect location. What’s not to like!

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff welcoming and accommodating even before check-in in /by phone/ easy to contact them anytime. Lucia and Cristian professional and provide excellent service. I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing and the distance to Vatican possible to walk also. All rooms are brand-new, were very clean, spacious, and had all amenities we need, like coffee, tea, cookies. I highly recommend it! I i love♥️
