사실 5성급의 비싼 호텔이 아니였어서 기대가 높지 않았는데, 기대 했던것 보다 호텔은 아주 깨끗하고 직원들도 아주 친절 합니다. 그리고 주택가라 저녁엔 조용 합니다. 여러버스와 지하철 등 교통도 아주 편리합니다. 그리고 슈퍼는 걸어서 한 7분 에서 10분 거리에 몇군데가 있는데 가격도 저렴하고 좋은 상품이 많이 있더군요. 로마에 가면 또 여기에 지내고 싶어요!!

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The customer service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful options. Our accommodations were just what we were hoping for. The hotel was (very) quiet and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous at all times. From check-in, to check-out they were very helpful in answering any and all of our questions. Breakfast was nice break from the traditional American 'Continental Breakfast'. If plans take us back to Rome....we will definitely be staying at Hotel Delle Civette again

A very nice hotel , located right by the villa Torlonia ( a very stunning park to walk around) the area feels generally safe and the hotel is secure and gated. On arrival we was greeted by a lovely reception lady who was very helpful and prepared us for our stay ahead and explained everything we needed to know. The rooms were lovely , double room nice and spacious , beds were very comfy , 2 big large wardrobes a safe , mini bar , hair dryer etc the staff were helpful and cleaned rooms to high standard each day Breakfast was nice on the 4th floor which has a terrrace overlooking the park which is stunning - the breakfast selection was good a classics continental breakie - toast, crossiants, hams , cheeses , bread , variety of cake selections, fresh fruit , juices , hot drinks, the staff were also very lovely and greeted us each morning. The hotel is near public transport metro line Bologna which is roughly 5 min walk which takes you to where main sites are. We used the hop on // hop off buses which it takes around 20mins to walk to Termini Station walk through to the other side where you will find stop 1 for this service. If you like walking most sites from the hotel are 40 mins . Overall we had a very pleasant stay here and all the staff were welcoming and friendly- not sure why there’s negative reviews nothing but positives from us so thank you hotel d’elle civette

Location is safe and gated, staff is very nice and profesional, Paul, Elvis, Pia, some other staff very professional and very helpful she called me taxi multiple times, staff keep the hotel very clean, beautiful view, hotel is not far from train station, shop, cafeteria, coffee bar, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. Is nice and safe waking, I really had a great time, breakfast was really good a lot of choice and coffee was delicious. Room was clean, bed confortable, spacious, window you can open, also AC, confortable pillows, shower, mini bar. Only suggestion should have English tv channel news.

I loved that the hotel was new and clean. All the staff were very helpful, went above and beyond to answer the many questions I had. They patiently helped point me in the right direction for all my queries and the breakfast was delicious. Equally importantly the wifi was brilliant throughout the entire building. Highly recommended and will be back again asap!!!!

This hotel is a real "find." In a city that is otherwise bustling and noisy, this neighbourhood is an oasis of calm and quiet, with parks and gardens. Our room was relatively large and comfortable, and the hotel reception and other staff are efficient, friendly, and very helpful. The only.draw-back is that there is no restaurant except for breakfast.

Made us feel like we were Roman!

Very lovely room. Everything appeared new. The breakfast was quintessentially European and very tasty. Staff members at the reception desk and in the breakfast area were pleasant and helpful. Only “minus” was that the bed and the pillows were hard, but I find that to be the case in most hotels I’ve stayed in. I would happily return to the Hitel Delle Civette.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s safe, convenient to the metro and bus lines. You can reach the city center via public transport. The hotel is an oasis away from the busyness of downtown. I did not have enough time but there is a lovely terrace and garden parks nearby. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you need to get back to your hotel after the day of sightseeing, then a more centrally located hotel might be better. But if you are going to be out all day have dinner and a gelato, then come back to the oasis, this is the perfect place.
