Excellent facilities. Hotel room was up to date, clean and had excellent sound proofing to block out the street noise. Breakfast selection was excellent. Let us drop our bags as we arrived early. Thanks

Acceptable

The hotel is very well situated and has a useful reception area with comfortable seating. Service is very friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing with regards to the furniture including the beds. The bathroom was fine. Excellent and good value breakfast.

The property was conveniently located, close to many sites in Rome. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom in good condition. However, not much amenities attached to the hotel.

We requested a terrace view room. The first one was sadly not a terrace but a door that opened to a small slab surrounded by 4 brick walls/no view. One wall was to another building under renovation so from 7a-7p there was jackhammering and drilling all day. The desk staff were helpful and gladly offered another room for the remaining part of our stay. To our pleasant surprise it was a lovely apartment suite with a quaint rooftop terrace. If you want to experience this gem in the heart of the city with direct bus access right outside the hotel, request room 312. Our next trip to Rome will be at the Exe hotel again.

Hotel was good, nice beds and clean rooms in an excellent location. Pictures on expedia did not represent the room we got, the room was good but not nearly as nice as the pictures.

Roman Holiday

A nice clean hotel central to many historical sites in a safe area. There is a bus stop right outside the entrance which was great, but could be a minor hinderance due to all the people waiting for the bus to arrive. Shops close by and with a bit more of a walk you could find many good restaurants. Not spectacular, but definitely comfortable. Staff was very helpful with all needs from getting taxis to giving directions and maps to sites. We would stay here again.

Bucket list.

Very close to The Pantheon and walkable to many other places like Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps..just wear comfortable shoes. Spent 5 nights and you'd need that or at least 4. Have wanted to visit Rome for a long time. Weather was a big plus at around 24°

Location was great, staff didn’t wake us up at 5 am for our flight, otherwise they were very friendly. Ants in the room and the worst WiFi and shower.
