The hotel staff were so friendly and extremely helpful in every way, they printed boarding passes helped us with bus tickets they could not have done more. We had dinner 1 night in the restaurant which was also excellent.

The most amazing hotel we have stayed in......EVERYDAY there was fruit and cake left for morning tea, and savoury sliders and fruit kebabs left for afternoon tea and a free breakfast as well. Thank you Francesca to you (and your staff) for your bubbly welcome every time we came in, for our extended checkout and an amazing booked taxi to the airport - a maserati. So special and we appreciated it all. Definitely will recommend to friends and will return ourselves. A faultless experience and loved the quirky elevator.
