Facilities were comfortable and clean but somewhat dated. The air conditioning in the main lobby and restaurants was blasting so it was very cold. Coffee maker in room leaked, only 1 Keurig coffee pod provided for 2 people. NO complimentary water provided to make coffee. They charged $3 per bottle for the 2 bottles provided in the room. Parking also NOT complimentary although there was a large parking lot with ample parking available. Didn't provide a basic continental breakfast and their restaurant was very expensive.

Property was ok, nothing special. Overpriced restaurant was expected. The rooms need updating, but are sufficient. Staff was polite. The biggest issue I had is the mandatory Parking Fee. I know it's only 20 bucks, but there is not other option. I would understand if this were in the City and they had attendants and parking security, but it's next to a golf course. When I asked about other parking options I was told I could park on the street....All the "street" parking is painted red, so you are required to pay an additional $20 per night to park your vehicle in a lot that isn't even patrolled and signs that say the hotel is not responsible for loss, damage, etc. It's very obvious it's another fee added so they can advertise low prices, but they will get their money one way or the other. And when booked through Expedia, I didn't see a parking fee until I was informed and I had to dig through amenities to find it. Bad business in my opinion.

We went on a quick family trip and wanted to enjoy time at our hotel. The lobby was pretty and it was nice there was a happy hour. The outdoor space was pretty but there were no cushions on any of the lounge furniture. The pool was nice but there were no towels, we told the front desk and they said some would be brought out but they never were. The room was spacious and clean. We’d absolutely stay here again.
