A bit out of town but comfortable, very clean and a very good breakfast. Staff friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from in town. It was a good stop over from driving from Sicily to Puglia. Recommend.

The hot water had problems, we have to call them 3 times before they re set the it for us. We could only shower the next morning. Disappointed given it’s supposed to be Premier of the chain.

Fall from faulty shower

The shower leaked all over the floor past what the bath mat could handle, it carried on out of the bathroom into the hallway and into the bedroom . I wasn’t aware it made it past the bath mat as the floor was a very light cream stone . I stepped off the mat and onto the wet stone and went down hard. Not fun first thing in the morning . It was also hard to see because the ceiling had a strip light and half of it was burnt out . The ac in both the bedroom and living room did not work so we slept with the patio doors open which just led to lots of mosquito bites by the morning. No wash clothes which isn’t that unusual for cheap properties but a Best Western chain should know that international travelers prefer these. The staff were kind but leaving with a very sore shoulder from the fall somewhat diminished my view . For $315 the room was in poor condition and not functional.

Consigliatissimo per spezzare il viaggio

Perfetto per la sosta durante il viaggio da e verso la Sicilia. Collocato a due passi dall’autostrada A2 è molto bello e accogliente. Ha una bella piscina interna con la SPA. Fatevi coccolare a cena dal responsabile di sala Vittorio. Si mangia benissimo. Ottima anche la colazione. Dopo il primo soggiorno andando verso sud siamo già tornati durante il viaggio di rientro.

Hotellet er fint, med en udmærket beliggenhed. Pool og wellness området var helt i orden. Men personalet i restauranten var en skændsel. Da vi ankom til hotellet blev vi glædeligt overrasket over, at fyren i receptionen talte fremragende engelsk. Personalet ved poolområdet kunne også fint engelsk. Da hotellet var fint og lækkert, glædede vi os til at spise der om aftenen. Men ak, det var en kæmpe skuffelse. Da personalet i restauranten fandt ud af, at vi ikke kunne tale italiensk, og de kunne tilsyneladende ikke engelsk, blev vi stort set ignoreret. Det var så grelt, at den kaffe vi bestilte til desserten aldrig blev serveret. Næste morgen til morgenmaden var det ikke meget bedre. Vi var som luft for personalet. Trist oplevelse,da hotellet ellers var fint

L'albergo ha una hall piccola che non in prima battuta disorienta.I servizi SPA sono buoni e gradevoli. La prima colazione ha provocato qualche perlessita in termini di varieta' e numerosita delle proposte.

Beautiful Hotel

Everything about this hotel was great! The location in proximity to the hill villages and Cosenza was convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and very clean with wonderful views from the balcony and extra tall windows. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh! We will stay here again!

Nice hotel a bit off beaten path

Hotel staff is patience friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is clean and comfortable. In new Rende and old Rende is a short drive
