Come enjoy a peaceful retreat with neighborhood access to Beaver Lake swimming and boat launch.
Minutes away from Downtown Rogers Square with many great restaurants, Hobbs State Park mountain biking and hiking trails, War Eagle Mill, Prairie Creek Marina, The Railyard MTB park and much more.
20-30 minutes from many other great attractions including Crystal Bridges Museum, Razorback Greenway Biking/Walking trail, Slaughter Pen and Coler Mountain Biking, Pinnacle Hills Promenade Mall, Walmart AMP.

Our favorite feature about this house is the high spacious deck overlooking the trees in the back. With an almost treehouse feel, you will enjoy sipping your evening away under the ambience of string lights or relaxing in the cool mornings in the comfortable furniture. Fire up the grill and enjoy either dining out on the deck table or inside around the large family dining table.

The matching lower deck has a hot tub to soak in on those cool mornings or help you wind down after a day of exploring. Venture down to the firepit and enjoy roasting marshmallows or telling stories around the fire on those cool evenings.

Downstairs you can curl up on the comfy sectional or huge memory foam bean bag and enjoy a favorite show or movie on the 70" 4K-UHD SmartTV with Roku. Log in to your favorite streaming services and, with guest mode, you will be automatically logged out upon checkout. We do not have any cable or live TV services, but Roku has many free channels included.

The master bedroom, on the main level, has a King bed, 50" 4K-UHD Smart TV, large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with glass shower and jetted tub.
Bedroom #2 is downstairs with a queen bed. Also downstairs is bedroom #3 with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a pull-out twin trundle bed. A full bathroom is across the hallway from both downstairs bedrooms.

It’s 2025 and the cool kids told us to set up an EV charger for you in the garage.

We are totally going to judge you for it, but if you absolutely must do some office work, there's a desk area off the kitchen set up with a printer and place for your laptop to get it done and get back to relaxing.

There is a great neighborhood lake access spot on the other side of the neighborhood with a gravel ramp for boat launch or swimming.

The house was beautiful and elegantly decorated. All essentials were provided including many extras which made the stay feel like home. The neighborhood was very quiet and tranquil. The first and second floor porches were very relaxing and private with the woods as a backdrop. We even saw a deer in the backyard.

Excellent Home

The homeowners were great to work with and very responsive.The home is exceptionally nice and clean. Well appointed with two nice decks facing the woods. We watched the birds and a herd of deer pass by. A great place to stay with easy access to Hobbs State Park and Rogers!

Great Stay!

This place is so nice and clean. The beds are comfortable, lots of hang out areas, and the decks are so nice. We did a small family and friend gathering for my wife's 40th and it was the perfect place to relax and have a good time by the lake. So many birds and other wildlife to watch off the deck. Would definitely recommend and would likely stay again. Our only complaint was that we didn't stay long enough.

Wonderful location!

A comfortable home with very thoughtful touches for guests. Great location. Only suggestion is that the cooking pans are very limited and not great quality. We did have some trouble with the WiFi on the TV but the hosts were helpful in dealing with that. Great family experience! Very responsive hosts.

We were in the area for our son's wedding. The house was perfect for me and my husband, two daughters and a son-in-law. We had one maintenance issue but it was immediately taken care of! This is a beautiful home and would highly recommend.

Perfect Home Away From Home

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to stay. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well appointed for us to make a couple of our meals. We found the the drives to visit Pea Ridge, War Eagle, and the Eureka Springs area were pretty easy. And the neighborhood lake access is a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Niece's Wedding

Came into town for a short stay to attend my niece's wedding and relax! The home was wonderful! Both my brother and I now have small projects to do at home as they loved certain aspects of the home. The welcome package that is left for you is very generous and we enjoyed it very much. Kitchen has everything you need and a variety of coffee & hot chocolate pods for the Keurig are provided. Bed's were very comfortable and bathrooms were very clean! Communication was great! We saw plenty of wildlife. Deer lounging in the front yard right next to the window. Going into town was very easy and just the appropriate amount of distance. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Don't forget the hot tub, it was set perfectly and worked as expected. Great Time! If coming back to the area we would certainly look for availability at this home.

Wonderful Stay

We so enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful from the decorating, set up and cleanliness. We felt right at home immediately and the days we stayed inside because of the snow and cold were very comfortable. Conner and Jennie do a great job of communicating during the stay so see if anything is needed. We visited in January, and enjoyed the quietness of the area. I would imagine the trees in the summer would give the decks a very beautiful and peaceful place to spend time relaxing. We enjoyed the area, hiking at Hobbs State Park, Atalanta Park, and the Art Museum in Bella Vista. NW Arkansas was a great place to visit and Conner & Jennie provide a great home away from home to make a trip perfect!

Beautiful home with everything you need and then some

Communication was top-notch from start to finish. The host were very gracious to throw in a lot of extras, especially in the kitchen. We had everything we needed. The house is beautifully decorated, and even though it was just the two of us, it could certainly accommodate a much larger group. We would give it six stars if we could!

Perfect Lake Getaway

We absolutely loved the house and all that it had to offer. We walked in and it smelled so fresh and clean! There was a welcome basket of snacks and a bottle of wine to great us. I can’t get over the beautiful decor and the comfortable beds! We loved hanging out on the upper deck for meals and the lower deck for cornhole and soaking in the hot tub. The view of the trees made it very private. We had the best 4 day weekend relaxing, going on bike rides and boating. We made great memories and hope to get to come back again! Connor and Jessie were very easy to communicate with and provided all the things to make it feel like home! Thank you!
