Welcome to La Posada Retreats, a peaceful Beaver Lake getaway designed for families and groups who want to stay together while still having their own space.

Booking the Combo gives your group both of our private units—the upstairs Loft and downstairs 2-bedroom Apartment—with room for up to 9 guests. You’ll have two kitchens, two bathrooms, separate living spaces and multiple sleeping areas, making it perfect for extended families, friends traveling together, couples or small groups.

The Apartment sleeps up to 5 with a king bedroom and a second bedroom featuring a twin XL-over-queen bunk. It includes a full kitchen, living room, laundry and a large back deck overlooking the surrounding Ozark scenery.

The Loft sleeps up to 4 with two queen beds, a kitchen and living area, plus some fun extras—including a Ms. Pac-Man/Atari cocktail arcade table and mesmerizing kinetic sand machine.

Outside, relax around the shared fire pit, enjoy the peaceful wooded setting or head to Beaver Lake, less than a mile away. Kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, life jackets and walking sticks are also available for guests with advance notice. We just added a Ninja Slushi machine for late night Margaritas or mid-day shakes!

We’re conveniently located near some of Northwest Arkansas’ favorite outdoor destinations:

* Beaver Lake swimming/boat access – about 1 mile
* Hobbs State Park – about 12 minutes
* War Eagle Cavern – about 12 minutes
* War Eagle Mill – about 14 minutes
* Rogers – about 30–35 minutes
* Eureka Springs – about 30 minutes

Please note that the final approximately 2 miles to the property are gravel road, and the Loft is accessed by 16 stairs.

Dog Rules

We’re happy to welcome dogs at La Posada Retreats! 🐾 We ask for these guidelines to be followed:

* Dogs must be house-trained.
* Please clean up after your dog. Doggie bags are provided in the designated dog relief area.
* Dogs should not be left unattended in the units unless they are securely crated.
* Please keep dogs off the beds and furniture.
* Please wipe muddy or wet paws before coming inside.
* White bath towels are not to be used for pets. Pet towels can be provided.
* Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

A $25 pet fee applies.
* Five exterior security cameras monitor the garage parking area, driveway, Apartment front porch, Loft front porch, and non-guest backyard area. The backyard camera primarily monitors wildlife. There are no cameras inside either guest accommodation.
