The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. It took about 5 minutes to check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Check in and out times were very reasonable, we didn't feel rushed to get out in the morning.

Cleanliness Issues

Was able to check in online, which was good since we were arriving around 11pm. However, once we received our keys after a long day, we immediately discovered the toilet had obviously not be cleaned. So we had to go back to the front desk and receive a different room key, which was quickly accommodated. This is the second time we have stayed at this property in the past few months, and the second time there was a cleanliness problem. Despite the great reviews, clearly the first time wasn't a fluke.

Very large spacious rooms, quiet thick walls, beautiful interiors, great kitchen. However the breakfast was extremely early and they closed the breakfast area before 10am. Very disappointed.
