I wish there was a pool and spa. Also a bigger gift shop. More information on what there is to do in the walkable and driveable area. But it was a nice place to stay out great view.

I specifically called the front desk and asked if the property was walkable to the Grand Hyatt as I was attending a conference there and wasn’t renting a car. I said “ I don’t want to get there and find out it’s on the other side of a freeway”. Well it was just that! On the other side of the freeway, and was over a mile away! It WAS NOT WALKABLE, for someone attending a conference in dress clothes…. Maybe if you wanted a long walk or run for exercise. So I spent quite a bit using Lyft back and forth. Very frustrating. Also been a BonVoy member for over 10 yrs and hotel was cheaper on Expedia, thankful for the better deal on Expedia.

I was given a code for Lyft, but not told how to use it. When I arrived and asked about it, Angel got very defensive and said "we don't give those out any more". When I told him about the pool at the Godfrey and the poor condition, same reaction, very defensive. He's not a good listener.

i had a pretty great stay the only complaint i have is that there should be free breakfast, other than that i was welcomed by some amazing staff there were some thing that’s made me question how well our room was cleaned but i had an amazing time and loved the hotel
