Front deck greeting was bland. Did not felt welcome as a member of IHG or Expedia. Guests names are published on a display, not mine. Sad. Hallway on third floor smells of sweaty socks.

The only problem I really had was I guess I was on the floor with all the softball or either soccer team, and it was kind of noisy. The kids were playing in the hallways when I was trying to go to sleep and another little problem I ran into the breakfast area is not very big and spacious and it wasn’t a lot of room to move around to get your food and to sit down so I had to wait until somebody leave before I can sit down and eat my breakfast and by that time my foodwas cold.
