Meticulously kept 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms cozy home. 1.2 miles away from the historical downtown of Rockville. Located close to Turkey Run State Park and Raccoon Lake. Half a mile away is Billie Creek Covered Bridge famously known for the Covered Bridge festival. A little town of Rockville has numerous antique stores. Excellent location for bike rides and walks and stargazing from the back patio. We are close to Shades state park. (WAVELAND) Where there is a large variety of activities to enjoy. Amazing hiking trails, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, picnic areas, swimming, boating and so much more. 40 minutes from Indianapolis. You will not be disappointed. This property was very nice with large rooms, including 2 master bedrooms with full bathrooms and walk-in closets. The view from the deck was relaxing. If you bring your pet, please note a pet fee and damage fee are charged on top of the rental price. It was a very nice area to walk our small dog. The owner was friendly and helpful. His home is located on the same property. Check out was easy, just empty the trash, place used towels on the bathroom floor, and contact the owner. We enjoyed our stay!

Home away from home

The location was ideal, beautiful quiet neighborhood close to delicious and fun restaurants that are very dog accommodating since we never go anywhere without our dog, groceries, recreation with a few minutes drive, yet far from any road noise. The home is equipped with everything you may need, they seem to have thought of it all including small touches like individual snacks in case you need a quick pick me up. We will definitely be back!

Above and beyond

Planned a trip for hiking at Turkey Run and just relaxing for a couple of days. When the dates came closer there were some weather alerts and warnings. We were very cognizant of the weather. But the owners went above and beyond. Wanting to make sure we were safe. The kindness that was shown was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend this rental. The area and people are so welcoming. Would love to come back and visit!

Perfect weekend retreat

This lovely house was even better in person than in the pictures; we couldn't have been happier with our stay here. Good/easy communication with the hosts (friendly too!). The house was clean, comfortable and so cozy. Very relaxing to have a cup of coffee out on the back porch too, especially after it snowed. Great location for visiting Turkey Run and the historic covered bridges. We would definitely stay again!

CozyHome was a wonderful place to stay. It was exactly as described. If you are looking for a quiet and serene place to stay, this is it. The large balcony on the back was the perfect place for morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. This stay was everything you'd hope for in a VRBO experience. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and very homey. The location is great and very easy to find. One thing we didn’t see mentioned is the wonderful town that's just perfect for a nice stroll. We are very, very happy with this destination. The hosts did a great job.
