I paid just over $100 for a room that said it didn't have a window, which was fine for one night. When I arrived I had a room with a balcony overlooking Rockland harbor. The best part for me is that you can walk to the center of town in 2 minutes. It's a great low-cost option in a great little town on the Maine coast.
