The room was fine. Clean. The shower had surprisingly strong water pressure. There were multiple lights and outlets in the room. The configuration of the bathroom was bizarre, with the light switch and sink outside of the actual bathroom. When I walked to the bathroom in the dark, I bumped my head into the door, but that might be more of a me problem. The front entrance was closed off, so exits on side of the building were converted into the entrance, despite conflicting signage claiming otherwise. I know that there was a pool, but I didn't use it.

The room was clean and comfortable. Loved that it had a comfortable couch and foot rest. The sink was outside the toilet and shower-we both love this. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly and effecient. My favorite part was the Starbucks in the lobby. Only thing I missed was free breakfast but they have a Biestro on site. The Thunder Bay restaurant next door was excellent!

Room was fine... we were very disappointed in your t.v. channel selections, 90% sports... we wont stay again t.v. being #1 and no free breakfast #2.. and no overhead roof at front door parking when checking in.

The room was clean and the service cordial and competent. We got back late and found compare g open. Ran out of hot water and no pressure and kept slipping to the center of the bed. I would not stay here again.
