Great check in experience with Walter. Room was frigid when we walked in with the fan set to high and on cold. Changed to heat and never really got warm overnight. Window was facing the wind and seals were blown, so cold air coming into the room. Did not take these concerns to Walter to fix, as it was a frigid night at -8 and windy with 20 mph winds…. So didn’t know what the next room would be like either. Plus, it’s such a pain to move all your stuff once you’re settled and just hoping it would warm up!

Left a lot to be desired

I was extremely disappointed that both the pool and hot tub were broken down. No notice that the heaters were down and we jumped into a 50 degree pool. Tried the hot tub...it was 60 degrees. I specifically picked this hotel because I have a young child who loves to swim! I understand that things break, however, the lady at the desk said it has been down for a week. Why would we not be told at check-in?

Rooms are ok and affordable. They did not have rooms with a middle door for our kids, so they just put us side by side. They messed up our billing for our pet fee and the manager was very pushy and unfriendly resolving the issue.

Room wasn't clean. Dog food left on the floor, misc trash behind the nightstand, a wad of gum on the door trim, black feet from walking barefoot in the room, pool was warmer than the hot tub. "Mobility" room had a low toilet. Elevator interior panels loose and floppy. Rear Mobility entrance railing loose and wiggles.
