This location needs to get their key card service updated. The jiggling and gyrations required to even get the key card to work is unacceptable. Won’t be staying here the next time we come through Rock Springs WY. The Staff were very helpful. Their frustration with the key card issues was evident. Do Better Comfort Inn.

I couldn't get access to the Wi-Fi and the manager blamed my laptop for its' security, which is not true. All devices are blocked from the hotel's internet depriving me of communication access. I am Deaf and I depend on the Wi-Fi to make video calls on my tablet and I couldn't sleep last night, I was so upset and I ended up calling the Deaf Crisis Line. The floor in this room was awful, needs to be replaced! AND why is the Hearing and HC Accessible room at the far end of the hall??? I was so tired from traveling from California and you made me walk all the way to the end? Geez! I would not recommend any Deaf travelers to stop at this place for any reasons. I'd like a partial refund for my suffering from lack of Wi-Fi access!

Nice hotel. Good value. The locks for the rooms were malfunctioning so our pass carddidn’t work. They said new locks were supposed to come this week, but that didn’t happen. An inconvenience but a good day nonetheless.

The brakfast was hreat, the attendant was excellent. The keys did not work properly after numerous attempts. The shower squeeled while in use. The carpet needs replaced or at least cleaned. The front desk staff was very helpful and personable.
