I couldn't get access to the Wi-Fi and the manager blamed my laptop for its' security, which is not true. All devices are blocked from the hotel's internet depriving me of communication access. I am Deaf and I depend on the Wi-Fi to make video calls on my tablet and I couldn't sleep last night, I was so upset and I ended up calling the Deaf Crisis Line. The floor in this room was awful, needs to be replaced! AND why is the Hearing and HC Accessible room at the far end of the hall??? I was so tired from traveling from California and you made me walk all the way to the end? Geez! I would not recommend any Deaf travelers to stop at this place for any reasons.
I'd like a partial refund for my suffering from lack of Wi-Fi access!
