On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a double bed (140cm), a kitchen, and a shower room/WC. Upstairs (open staircase), there is a mezzanine with a sloping ceiling (1.90m at its highest point) and a double bed (140cm). Wi-Fi is available. Outside, you can enjoy a private courtyard (garden furniture, deckchairs, griddle). A green space with football goals, shared with the owners and the other gîte, is also at your disposal. Access to the owners' heated and covered swimming pool (4x8m) is available from May 1st to September 15th and is shared by both gîtes. Private parking is provided.
