Disliked: Cleanliness
Affordable for a reason
There were so many little issues that added up to be a major problem. The house smells of mildew, and when we went into the basement to do laundry the last day we realized it is because of the water damage to the foundation. It looked like black mold may be an issue on the walls. All my children woke up sick, my SIL woke up with headaches every day, and I felt awful. The shower in the downstairs bath sprayed back into the wall. We tried to preheat the oven but it just leaked gas because it wouldn't ignite. I made dinner the first night and pulled a dirty pot out of the cabinet covered in food. The stove top had to be manually lit. There was tape all over the walls where it was never cleaned properly from another guest. There was dirty laundry left in the washer, and we thought there were no towels but later found them in the dryer, still wet.
