Within minutes from downtown, there is ample amenities in reach. UR, and strong hospital is minutes away. The Blue cross arena is within walking distance. There is a beautiful park close to the condo. There are also great choices of restaurants just a few minutes away: Dinosaurs BBQ (Southern-style meats), to mention a few. Calm and peaceful neighborhood; there is a park and a trail within walking distance, as well as close to the waters. Plenty of cafe's and restaurants in the area. Close-by to the RIT, Strong, UofR, and the Strong medical center. Tesla drivers/lovers have EV charging station in the garage for convenience. Exercise equipment available for your convenience. Our updated bathrooms on the upper level with additional half bathroom/powder room on the 1st floor provides added convenience.
