Our room had air conditioner parts all over the floor. Marilyn (reception) was very dismissive about it. Also bathroom counter had dirt on it that I cleaned up. Tub had many areas of mold on it. I do have photos. I asked for a different room but was told nothing was available. I asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t. This all took a lot of time as the reception line took 1/2 hour each time. I told her I would escalate the issue, then we went for dinner. Someone entered our room and put the parts back together. Do not recommend this hotel.

Pool is disgusting Room with a hot tub is poorly designed...the whole room fills with humidity 2 shower heads...water splashes everywhere... Matresses are ok but wau too firm Pillows are not comfortable... Breakfast was OK Staff outside of main desk doesn't know what smiling is.... Won't go back

Okay

Clean rooms but the bathroom needs major repairs: water damage on ceiling, paint peeling off the walls, bathtub wall busted. Only the next day, we noticed a family room with shelves full of board games. Next time.

THis motel is strategically located, plenty of parking space, close to restaurants and other forms of business, and its not close to highway, hence, very quite. We don't hear the traffic. The continental breakfast was ok to start your day and everything was fresh, good to start you day.

Une place Ă  Ă©viter Ă  tout prix!!

À l'arrivĂ©e, il n'y a personne. J'ai attendu 3-4 minutes, suis allĂ©e Ă  la toilette et revenue Ă  une rĂ©ception dĂ©serte! J'ai dĂ» chercher pour trouver la personne de l'accueil. Lors de ma rĂ©servation, le site indiquait que la piscine Ă©tait ouverte et fonctionnelle, comme au moment de me prĂ©senter Ă  l'hĂŽtel. À l'enregistrement, aprĂšs avoir montrĂ© ma carte de crĂ©dit et signĂ© la feuille de rĂšglements, je constate une feuille collĂ©e au comptoir indiquant l'horaire de la piscine qui indique ''fermĂ©e pour la journĂ©e''! La piscine Ă©tait LA raison de notre choix. La dame Ă  la rĂ©ception me dit que c'est dĂ» au fait qu'ils n'ont pas de sauveteur en service et que c'est comme ça dans TOUS les Wyndham! Je voyage beaucoup dans les hĂŽtels et je sais que c'est faux ce qu'elle affirme. Je l'avise immĂ©diatement que je veux annuler ma rĂ©servation puisqu' ils ne sont pas en mesure de respecter celle-ci! Elle tĂ©lĂ©phone Ă  son supĂ©rieur, qui lui dit de m'informer qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire cette journĂ©e-lĂ , car elle n'Ă©tait pas Ă  l'hĂŽtel, et de lui parler le lendemain au moment de quitter! J'ai refusĂ© et contactĂ© Hotels.com qui m'a donnĂ© raison et qui a tentĂ© de raisonner avec l'hĂŽtel et de m'Ă©mettre un remboursement, mais en vain. Hotels.com m'a ensuite encouragĂ© Ă  faire une plainte Ă  Visa, ce que j'ai fait. J'ai envoyĂ© un message Ă  l'hĂŽtel sans retour Ă  ce jour! Merci Ă  Shakti de Hotels.com pour son excellent service!! Allez au ChĂąteau Roberval pas trop loin, le service est excellent!!

The sink instaed of being in the bathroom was in the room, at entrance on the right behind a small wall. The draining of the sink was not woring properly The head of the shower was blocked with calcium, the shower was not a shower, it was like water spreading everywhere

No plug for the bath tub and very, very, very loud all day and particularly at night. Several sports teams were in residence and were clogging the hallways day and night. Parents standing around drinking coffee and gossiping and letting their kids play floor hockey in the hallways. We informed front desk, and they came up once, but situation didn’t change. Constant ball noise, kids climbing the snowbanks in back at dawn and screaming. Breakfast included was meagre and unappetizing. Might be okay if not inundated by screaming teenagers and gossiping parents, but it’s a stretch. Will absolutely not stay again.
