The hotel is just okay. Could be cleaner and needs updating. They do have staff that straighten the room every day and provide fresh towels. Could be softer.

After I checked us in that's when the clerk advised me the elevator did not work and that we needed to walk up the stairs to the second floor. I told her that my husband had just had knee surgery a couple of weeks back that it might be difficult for him, could we have a room on the first floor. Apparently, they had already rented out all the rooms on the first floor. He made it up the stairs slowly, but I definitely would have chose another hotel had the clerk told me the elevator was not working before checking in. It's supposed to be a pretty new hotel. It appeared to be clean. However, what really freaked me out was the little cockroach in the bathroom area of the room. Maybe a previous guest brought them in I have no idea but I know for sure we did not. Don't think we will visit this hotel again.

Staff at check-in. Terri asked if I needed a first floor room due to elevator being unavailable. Told me about the good breakfast in the morning and restaurants where I could eat dinner. Very helpful and friendly. Appreciated her thoughtful and caring attitude.
