The room was as promised and had all the normal things one expects of an Australian motel room.Surprise was a 2 seated sofa which made all the difference. Robe is a small place with most facilities in walking distance. I would certainly stay here again.
Loved the professional and friendly service. Was made feel very welcome with smiles all round. The pool was perfect temperature with a radio playing fantastic tunes. Our room was neat, tidy and simple! Very modern with new facilities. Easy to relax. This place has a great vibe! well worth the money!
Nice 4hr drive to Robe from Adelaide, we booked a cabin for 2 nights, wish we stayed longer though. Very family friendly park with a big jumping pillow for kids. Park staff were friendly and helpful.
Great facilities, bbq's, showers, toilets, washing sinks, all clean and tidy, great for camping! Lots of fishing, kayaking, 4wd-ing was done, great beaches. Robe hotel great for dinner too! Love this place!
The apartment was beautiful. We had an easily accessible first floor apartment overlooking the marina. The apartment had a great lay out. All the appliances were top of the range and easy to use. The bedrooms were fabulous and the beds were simply the most comfortable I have ever slept in. For the first time ever I think I was not looking forward to returning to my own bed at the end of our stay! Sitting in the lounge room in the morning and watching the boats leave the marina was a highlight for my children, as was being able to walk downstairs and get fresh fish and chips for tea. Cant rate it highly enough and will be returning again when we come back to Robe. There were even recipe books in the kitchen. It was like they had thought of everything.
Located on South Australia’s brilliant Limestone Coast, our Robe accommodation is just three and a half hours south of Adelaide. Stay in this historical port turn coastal resort town and enjoy the charm of streets lined by colonial buildings that lead to seemingly endless SA coastline.
A stay in one of our Robe hotels delivers the picturesque sands of Long Beach to your doorstep. And it is the beach that is one of Robe’s main attractions, with a general population of less than 1500; Robe’s summers draw thousands of holiday-makers to its sundrenched sand and scenic hinterland.
The seafood, wine and fresh produce of Robe make the region a destination for food-lovers of any code. As the Australian rock lobster capital, the commercials are correct when they say that ‘robe isn’t famous for robes’, not only will you find spectacular lobster on your plate, but also on the side of the road. The Big Lobster is the Limestone Coast’s monument to its most famous fare, and a souvenir photo with the 17 metre crustacean is a must while you stay in a Robe hotel.
