Located a short 5 min stroll from Lake Fellmongery (aka "The Ski Lake") and under 20 minutes walk to the shops and famous cafes of Robe. You will truly love this home.
The Space:
The home is set up to cater for all, with 3 queen-size rooms and a children’s bunk room. Featuring off-street parking for 3 large cars very comfortably. The open yard will be loved by children and the family pet. The home is pet friendly outside (inside negotiable) with iron fencing on 3 sides of the home. The front fencing is a combination of stone and mesh with a farm gate for security.
RC/AC plus a slow combustion wood fire place will assure you enjoy this home all year round. There are polished concrete floors throughout the home, including in the bedrooms, giving you that no-fuss holiday stay with style.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, large island bench for food prep and walk-in pantry for storage if you'd like to bring along your own supplies.
