Our room was very clean and well appointed. The food was excellent, the pool and bar staff were also really good. My only criticism was they seemed understaffed, as the service times seemed a bit too long and that was directly due to staffing (we waited 25 minutes just to have someone take or dinner order the last night we were there. Regardless, we will be coming back.

What can I say, I’m happy I found this place for my solo trip journey. Just what I needed, love the property and love everything about the staff. The staff is amazing and the property is well kept. Honestly you don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. There’s literally everything there. I like the idea of having a second infinity pool that’s more kids friendly. Food and drinks were good. I can’t wait come back here.

Our recent visit to Veranda Resort Hotel was a last minute decision based on an unplanned trip to Roatan. However, we were lucky to find very affordable rates through Travelocity, which proved to be a steal. What we found was an amazing 5 star accomodations that began with our check-in, assisted by a young lady named Sam, followed up by dinner, and a personable staff, headed by the Manager Hector, who introduced us to several local drink options, and his staff.
