This felt like an authentic island experience, private cabin style rooms that truly feel like a cabin. Great breakfast every morning. Excellent staff all over the resort made us feel very welcome and cared for. The beach was clean every day with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for guests.

The rooms are basic but that's ok because you don't spend much time in the room! The dive shop is phenomenal. They use smaller boats to get around quickly and keeps the dive groups small. The dive leader's are awesome. They are very attentive to your every need. I cannot say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend diving with them if you have the opportunity.

Bananarama was just a real fun atmosphere. The bar and restaurant were great, the beach area was clean and well maintained. The resort is centrally located so you are close to all restaurants and beach bars on either side. The mini mall behind the resort has all kinds of shops and restaurants for anything you need. I would highly recommend Bananarama to anyone wanting to get the best West Bay experience!

The air conditioning was nearly worthless, thankfully there was a ceiling fan above the bed. The round toilet that literally sat 15” from the floor, and the width of the toilet enclosure was barely 26”. I’m not a big guy at 5’8” 225 lbs and that toilet space is TIGHT. Other than that no complaints.

The location, the beach and the restaurant were amazing. The room could be updated, but was clean. No television. We were most disappointed that the road was under construction and there was no available parking close to the hotel and the staff was not helpful and no compensation.
