My experience with the receptionist, Danesha, was concerning due to what I perceived as racially biased treatment. I observed her offering a range of choices and greater accommodation to another guest, while I was offered none. This disparity in service was evident from the outset of my interaction with her. The inconvenience continued when I reported my bathroom light fixture was loose. Instead of a straightforward resolution, Danesha required me to pack all my belongings and bring them downstairs to the reception desk to exchange key cards, only to then go back upstairs to a new room. This process felt like an unnecessary burden, especially when contrasted with the more flexible and accommodating service I witnessed being provided to others. The entire interaction left me with a strong impression that I was treated with less consideration and respect than other guests, and that this difference was rooted in racial preference.

Great looking clean hotel and wonderful staff, however if you are looking for quiet and comfort this may not be your best choice. Air conditioning was extremely loud and disruptive to getting any sleep and the bed didn't have a flat spot in sight.

Wonderful staff and very clean, modern rooms! Stopped here for the night while traveling down 81 on my way from Maryland to Tennessee. Right off the highway so super convenient. Plenty of restaurants close by.

The hotel is right off 81, so convenient if you are staying the night as you continue your journey. Very clean and spacios room. The room is well equipped with a TV that can be moved for viewing. Morning breakfast is hot with waffles!

I was double charged for my room and brought this to the staff’s attention the same day. I was assured it would be resolved, but the charge has not been removed. Since then, I’ve followed up by phone twice and was told the manager would reach out. It’s now been over nine days, and I still haven’t received any response. I’ve been patient throughout this process, but the lack of follow-through is disappointing. The only positive note I can offer is that the room was clean
