The room was spotless. The rooms.was ice cold when we got there. We were traveling at night and in the winter. Took a little while for the heat to bring the room up to suitable temperature. Great place. Very convenient right off the highway. We will be using this facility again.

Clean and very friendly staff. Nice safe area. We were just traveling through and needed a place to stay for the night. Springhill Suites always has a good breakfast. This one in Roanoke did not disappoint! I will stay again!
