Easy to get to, clean and convenient. No A/C in the rooms and nothing we could do. The day we checked in was 30 degrees C. A window broke and the manager would not respond to us. Helpdesk calls went to the UK and Ireland, when hotel was in Denmark. Carl in Ireland did his best to help us but he had limited options. We were on the second floor, tried to get moved to the first floor and the manager directed Carl to move us to another room on the second floor. Vending machine took my husband's money.

simply bad

I booked two rooms (#2 & #27). In the first room the toilet flush was running all the time, in the second room, the bathroom door wouldn´t close because it was installed incorrectly!!!! In summary, a newly built hotel to forget about, zero points!!!!!

Praktisk overnatting langs veien med gode myke senger. Hadde bestilt to rom, men fikk bare koden til det ene. Prøvde å ringe, men fikk bare beskjed om å legge igjen beskjed. Ble aldri ringt opp. Fant etterhvert koden i Hotels.com appen.

Kanaler.
