You will stay 400 meters from Havneby and the harbor. There you will find restaurants and good stores. The ferry to Sylt also departs from here. The well-furnished house is situated on a hilly natural plot. Especially the spacious kitchen-living room is very popular. Your children will also love the alcove. The terrace in front of the living room is covered, you have a terrace on all sides of the house except the east side. Rømø is the largest island in the Wadden Sea. You will find here, in addition to unspoiled nature, masses of opportunities to be active. The beach of Rømø is uniquely open, shallow and up to 4 km wide.

Lage super, aber Cottage zu dreckig...

The cottage really needs some refurbishing. It is very poorly built, and gets old too early. And, even worse: it was very poorly cleaned. Shower, Bathroom, ... dust under the beds, ... Terrasse and windows have not been cleaned in months... We also missed a booklet or information on the place, on the house, things to see and do... There was no instruction for WIFI, so without Password we could not get in .... I tried to phone the Novasol-service, but got in an endless line and gave up.... Location is very nice however, close to the shops and still in the quiet nature .... And Romo is really nice for holidays... so, we will come back, but in a cleaner house...

Sauberkeit naja...

Nettes Haus an guter ruhiger Lage. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit bei der Übernahme zu wünschen übrig. Schmuddelig und Abgebraucht. Die Sanitären Anlagen benötigen dringend eine Sanierung. Der Höhepunkt, Schimmel im Wäschetrockner. Ansonsten währe alles Tiptop.

Kurzurlaub geglückt

Das Objekt macht einen guten Eindruck und liegt in zentraler Lage zum Einkaufen, essen gehen und zum Strand. Das Wohnzimmer bietet viel Platz.die Einrichtung ist schlicht aber modern. Die kleine Spiel- bzw. Schlafecke im Wohnzimmer konnten wir gut für unsere Tochter (7Monate) als Spielfläche nutzen. In der Auffahrt liegt Müll welches den ersten Eindruck etwas dämpft. In der Spielniesche sind die stoffbezogenen Polster aufgerissen und auch am Sofa gibt es öberflächliche Gebrauchsspuren. Der bereitgestellte Hochstuhl für Kinder war nicht nutzbar weil dort ein Teil fehlt und zudem etwas defekt ist. Der Kamin dichtet nicht mehr eichtig ab, da das Dichtungstau gerissen ist. Der Geschirrspüler in der Küche pumpte nicht ab. Auch im Badezimmer fiel der Schimmel direkt ins Auge und der Whirlpool wurde nicht wie beschrieben in einer Stunde warm. Wir haben unseren Kurzurkaub trotz allem sehr genossen und würden uns wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden, wenn dort aufgeführte Mängel behoben werden.

Ruhige Unterkunft

Einfach eingerichtetes Haus, jedoch mit allem Notwendigen. Wir haben gut geschlafen; die Matratzen sind neuwertig. Die Küche hat alles notwendige. Im Bad hat es eine große Badewanne mit Sprudeldüsen. Diese ist etwas schmuddelig und braucht nur viel Platz. Die Saune war für uns ein schönes Plus. Umgebung ist etwas verwildert. Man ist schnell zu Fuss im nächsten Restaurant oder Einkaufsladen.
