It was the best stay in my whole journey in Turkey. The big suite was offered for student-friendly price and the breakfast was very yummy! The hotel is located conveniently to explore the Rize city and access the public transport. I won't hesitate to book this hotel again once I am back in Rize.

We stayed one night at the Grand 464 Otel. Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was spotlessly clean with a small kitchen space and seating area. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. We were welcomed with Turkish tea on arrival. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Yasmin helped us to book a trip to Batumi for the next day. The breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the main streets and plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay.

Very good value for your money

The hotel itself was exelent and comfortable. Clean, easy to find and park, great breakfast, comfortable beds. The location in the town is relatively good especially if you are looking for a overnight stay on a long term journey along the coast. The hotel is located in the middle of an area with garages and car mechanics works. This location can result in quite early and noisy wakeup in the mornings. No quiet garden to sit with your tea :-)

Very unexpected. Do not be foolwed by the exterior look. Inside the rooms are modern, large, nice bathroom and the beds are large and very very comfortable. Staff wete very friendly and polite. Excellent location just a few minutes walk to the centre and 5 minites to the Cay Carisi. Highly reccommend for a cuty centre hotel.

odamız ve otel tertemizdi gerçekten ama bizm olduğumuz odanın duşakabin kapısı yoktu ve duş alırken maalesef her yer su içinde kalıyordu o yüzden temizlik istiyor sürekli kahvaltı ise normal çeşitliliği çok yok gene olarak sanki 5 çayı gibi garnitürlü salatalar kek kurabiye falan var kahvaltı için bence uygun değil . her gün çorbaolması çok güzel bir şey onun haricinde anlaşmalı olduğu otopark otele bi tık uzak yani camdan bakınca arabanızı göremezsiniz biz otelim heen karşısında bim vardı onun önüne çekiyorduk daha yakın ve görünür şekilde personeller çok güler yüzlü çok ilgililer. gene olarak otel 10 üzerinden 9 bütün ihtiyaçlarını karşılıyor merkezi konum olsun temizliği olsn gayet güzel tek sıkıntı ses yalıtım sistemi yan odada kadın telefonla konuşurken sanki senin odanda konusuyor gibi telefondan konuşan insanın sesini bile duyduk ve çok rahatsız ediciydi ama bu insanların hatası bağıra bağıra konululmaz. her şey için teşekkür ederiz

Oteldeki konaklamamdan genel olarak çok memnun kaldım. Personel oldukça ilgili ve yardımseverdi, odaların temizliği ise gayet tatmin ediciydi.
