The shower had a leak on the glass wall carrying water into the main bathroom floor, but I failed. To let management know. The hotel is on top of a hill isolated from restaurants and shopping areas. You need to drive to any of those areas

Loved the central location of the hotel, for a 5 star hotel i think an active operation manager will have have yo be hired ..A lot of small minute detailes, staines and broken external tiles has to be taken care off.

Dear Sir Madam, my room was full of dust the pillows didn’t feel clean, so as the bathroom. Most interesting thing my room had no window … i have never stayed in any 5 star hotel in this condition…
